You paid a ParkingEye ticket 'because they sent their usual letter of drivel' instead of just sending a popla appeal and winning, AND YOU WERE ON THIS FORUM AND POPLA APPEALS WERE UNDER YOUR NOSE - AND WE ALWAYS WIN V PE. Wow. Your new years resolution needs to be to stop falling for scams.

I'm not sure you're getting the hang of this stuff!

    1. If you WIN - you don't pay.
    2. If you LOSE - you don't pay.

    :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, do not pay then either.

As others have said - you do NOT have to pay these at all and certainly not when you win!

At the very least, re the one you actually PAID (OMG...OMG...OMG...OMG...OMG...makes me want to scream, typing that!!) register your email address with Michael Green of 'Challenge the Fine', just give him an email address and this year he is hoping to get enough interest to force refunds:

    http://www.challengethefine.com/index.php

Click the 'down arrow' at the bottom of that screen and read about his campaign and how to add your email to his list of claimants. Nothing for you to lose, in doing so. We know Michael is genuine.

    Thanks Coupon Mad.
  • Hello All,

I sent my appeal letter from the newbee thread to UKPS on 27/12/2014 and yesterday I received a letter from TNC parking services about Parking Charge Notice Reminder.

demanding for £100 penalty charge. I have not received any letter from them whether my appeal has been accepted or rejected.

I am not sure what to do ..

Also mentioned : If the parking charge notice remains unpaid your account will be passed to our recovery team where additional fees will be added to he amount which is currently outstanding.

Please advise my next course of action.

give him copies of the appeal and date it was sent, plus a copy of this harassment letter too
