    lol love the belted galloways shiels as it is said not many people know about that nephew still calls them stripey cows

    ff cows in jersey are usually for milk and a beige or brown colour not a beef cow as in south of scotland beef cows they have more muscle and are more hardy

    sorry shiels and ff if I have offended but goodness cows in my area are very hardy lol and I know about cows being a farmers grandaughter

    think maybe they have to be more hardy up your end rose as the weathers usually worse up there than down here & in jersey :eek:
