Sun is shining and birds singing, lovely.


Keep meaning to get some vinegar as was told to clean shower head with it. Is there a certain kind which is best? (I only have the malt kind)


Running late as had bother getting to sleep again so slept in.

Good morning all, lovely and sunny day here today. Car is going in for new timing belt, service and MOT so hoping it gets through.

I use white vinegar Sheils, Fred uses it to soak his teeth LOL. It is good for lots of things, I have a book on it.

Morning peeps. Lovely morning here clear blue sky but boy is it cold. Pavements still got frost on them. Internet has been playing silly beggars for some reason this morning but seems ok now. Shiels I use white vinegar and it is good for shower head just make sure you give it a good rinse afterwards. Wingo didn't know about the nits use but it is supposed to give your hair shine if you use it in final rinse when washing hair. Never tried it don't fancy going about smelling like a chip shop. Off out shortly DIL is picking me up to go to cemetery save me getting a taxi. Have a lucky day everyone.

skies. Yippee - just hope it lasts!



Hope your car gets on fine sylv. All the chat about
vinegar and you mentioning that you had a book reminded
me that I've got a vinegar book too - had it for years! I
must go and look for it. It's amazing how many uses it
has! :T

Thanks for all the vinegar tips. I too only have malt here but will buy some white as our both our shower head needs cleaning and will try Roses tip to put some in drain.

Home now thanks for all your good wishes folks. Sun was shining so didn't feel so cold. See on another thread it was mse playing up and not my connection. I blame everything when puter is playing up on provider lol whether it them or not yet I wouldn't change.
