Glad you enjoyed your visit to the Kelpies sheils.

The Kelpies are local to me but I haven't been as yet - I'll need to get round to it.

We have other tourist stuff in the Falkirk area - have you ever visited Callendar House or The Falkirk Wheel?

ETA - Did you go on the Kelpies Tour?

Hi 3for. We have visited the Falkirk Wheel but it was bucketing at the time! Stayed at Premier Inn along from it another time and walked there after dinner only to find they open a lock gate so you can't go accross!
Never been to Callendar House. Is it good?
Didn't do tour as bit of a flying visit

The pic looks great Sheils :) Now I know what the Kelpies are! :o (I really thought you were on about someone with a surname of Kelpie! :p)
Well done to Mr Sheils on the amazon win :T Fab win!

Indie, lovely win you had yesterday too! :j When you said you won a case I thought it might have been the one that was £6500 :D

Lovely win too fire**fly :T It's worth carrying on with comps you never win from so good luck with itv ones too! :)

Hope you find a cause for your muscular pain MrsEmma and hopefully something to ease it too xx

Sylvia, your sis might be right as we are expecting snow tomorrow and Thursday and it is quite nippy here now. Hope it doesn't lay too much as son is going to wet n wild with friends at the weekend.

Rose, hope your GS is feeling better after your magic soup :)

I've just found out that some stupid yr 11 boys tried to set fire to my DD's hair just outside school and some other silly kids in her class were taking pics of her and putting on Instagram! I wish they would leave her alone! I thought she was in a mood with me for taking Xbox controller off her for being late this morning and getting detention. :( I will phone school tomorrow. I can't wait until she leaves that school!

O'h wingo, that is terrible about your DD. Shame my DD wasn't there she is great at sorting out bullies. They had her helping girls in the past at school. She seems to raise an army to threaten the bullies.
Hope you get them dealt with. x

She is vulnerable and a target for bullies. I never thought I would say this but she would have been better off in a special needs school, at least she would be more accepted there. I hope she finds the strength & courage to just whack them one...maybe that would sort them out!

Kids can be so horrible wingo. I remember when I first started school, high school boys spitting their chewing gum in my hair. It had to be cut out.

I was debating calling the police but because they never actually managed to get her hair as she moved it away I don't know if it's worth calling them. If the school don't sort it out though I will go further as the bullying and behaviour has got worse in the school. They shouldn't even be carrying lighters in school!

Oh Wingo that is really terrible. I agree with others they should be reported. My GS was being bullied in mainstream and has never looked back since going to special school, he loves it.

Glad you had a lovely time and got back safely Sheils.
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS
