Goodness I wish winter was over and guess what I am going out wednesday morning. Son is coming in on way home from work he has a favour to ask ( sounds ominous lol ) Also had a phone call from dil gs is not very well got an awfull cold and cough and he wants some chicken soup just as well there is some in the freezer. If it is all he wants to eat I don't mind. At least he is having something.

DS arrived with his naval friend who is moving in to the flat next door to me at weekend. He is renting it from old neighbour who has gone to Saudi to live and work. DS wants to know if I can store his stuff until he picks up keys on Friday. No probs so DS is bringing a bit in car every night from his room on base and helping him in on Friday/SaturdayHe needs a few things until he can go and buy his own, like bedding kitchen crockery/pots etc. So told him I would sort out his kitchen and DS is going to give him bedding. Luckily old neighbour left it furnished so at least he does not have that to worry about. Have also got the job of looking after it when he is at sea which I already new about.

Hi all, Not done much comping since after christmas as Ive been quite poorly. Just recovering from spending a week in hospital and after a week of tests they have disordered my lung muscles art working as well as they should and still can't give me any answers why, I have to wait another 4 weeks for more results. Getting a bit fed up with the lack of winnings though as I'm only entering a 1/4 of what I was.
So thats it, Im feeling a little bit perkier so I'm going to try to up my game. Not really up to searching for comps at the moment so will just enter some on here for a while and promise I will make up for it and find a few when I can :)

MrsEmma sorry to hear you have been poorly. Fingers crossed they get a diagnosis for you soon and get you on correct medication. Hope some comping will keep your mind of it. Having breathing problems is horrible I have it every now and again but medication and inhalors seem to keep me steady most of the time.

thanks rosemac, unfortunately because its muscular theres not a lot they can do at this stage while its still mild. Hoping they can find the cause and treat it. My neuro thinks its pompe's disease. Kind of hoping it is as there is some treatment that helps, better than some where theres no treatment.

ff he was hating living at naval base and it is not costing him that much more for two bed flat next to me as he was eating out most of the time and it was costing a fortune. He also paid for meals on base along with his room rent which he rarely had. While he is off base he can claim his mileage so no travel costs. Also it is giving him some privacy and he can always go to gym etc with DS and there is loads of night life without it costing a fortune to get home. He has been through and stayed with DS at times over a weekend and he likes it here. He is from East Midlands and I think at times he feels a bit lost even though he has friends but as with all navy life they are at sea or away on courses etc. There are a few other single guys from the base around here so they can always get together for a night in the pub.
