Don't faint anyone that knows me, have not written for ages.
Hello everyone, hope you are well and winning.
I have a question, I entered a comp from a local paper but guess its national entries too.
I haven't posted as I have had issues.
Entered at £1 and got bounce back email for a completely different comp.
Tried on my other phone, , same, then I called them, he said yes you are entered I said how do you know.,
I haven't given you my details?

He said well give me them now.
Then he said you are not entered.
I will do it manually.

I said what about the thousands of people entering that dont realise, they are not getting entered?
its a month long comp to win money.
At a £1 a time they are raking in!

He said he would try enter from his mobile while we spoke and said it came back with proper bounce back.

I said I will try later from brother mobile.
It came back with the wrong thing again, a comp thats not even running.
I sent him 3 screenshots by email bounce back message, entry time and date on 3 different mobiles.

He was to call me back todayafyer looking into it but didn't, I emailed to say , he was quite rude when he eventually called me.

He said we know the problem, you are using old mobiles that split the 5 digit number, so its going to wrong place.

I said nonsense its smart mobiles we use, and never heard such a problem.

He said LOOK then my name in capitalised tone!
We have no other complaints only your 3.
I don't believe I stand a chance of winning now, I can't believe a word he says.
Who do I contact?
What do you think, have you come across a competition number splitting and going to wrong place?

It's a well known paper and I have won a few times, good prizes but not in 5 years.

I guess he is angry with me.

Advice please, I can't put the competition in here whilst I know it is not going through, .
We entered from Vodafone and o2, the paper guy said he entered from EE.
He said I will take my entry out manually since I am not allowed to enter obv.

Evening peeps hope you are all well. It is windy again here but nowhere near what it was. Well done to those who have won. Must get my finger out and enter some comps that way I can moan about no wins lol.

Has everyone had a look at the fuel switch on Martin's newsletter. I changed with them a while back and got the £30 quickly and saved on the tariff. Have decided to try it again. It is a collective shift to British Gas who I am already with (well Sainsbury Energy) but says I can still do it , not pay exit fees and get money back. Hopefully save a fair bit too. Have applied anyway.

had to redeem a code they sent me online for the win,
had to reply to them & ask for help
but they replied straight away & sorted it for me :T

yes it's been lovely today all with the sun shining :dance:
I did go out this afternoon & cleaned out some of the pot
plants that were pot bound & water logged so can get them ready for spring coming :dance:
I never understand how all the little

Morning, well done on the wins this week. It was a lovely day here yesterday. Sunny but cold.They said it's going to be the same today,hope so as i can get out in the garden and do some tidying up.Hope everyone has a lucky day..
