Haven't you had any snow Sheils? We haven't had any, just non stop rain!
Great news on the iPad and even better you can get free nights away too! :j I don't understand them point schemes either!

Aw Dreams, sorry to hear you fractured your elbow before Xmas. (Ouch!) The deputy head in our school slipped on food in the dinner hall and fractured her wrist around 4 months ago and is still in agony with it! Nothing on my tv too! I subscribed to Netflix and wanted to watch 'making a murderer' which everyone was raving about but I couldn't get that on either! :o

Did you have a takeaway tonight fire**fly? I had a McD's ....only because I took DD and friends to trampoline park. Would much prefer a Chinese though!

Well done on your book and tickets win leanfun :j I'm still eating chocs too, will cut down when the sun starts shining! :p

Enjoy your week off indie and hope you relax :)

Love your melting snowman Alfie! :D Wish this rain would melt! :D

Had another wet night here and it is windy too. Didn't get any snow though! Supposed to be OK by the afternoon. Been missing our walks - DH keeps moaning about not getting them. Hopefully get out in afternoon. Keep getting emails with hotel offers but not tempted as weather so unpredictable at the moment. Some of our favourite winter haunts are nearly cut off anyway with bridges wrecked etc and our favourite Lancaster hotel having a refurb after being flooded in December. Have booked a £29 Premier Inn night for Valentines Night, who said romance was dead. Lol

Your Chinese sounded nice FF. I am making a Chicken and cashew noodle stir fry for dinner tonight. Have roast beef but keeping that for Monday when DD is here. It was her bfs birthday the other day so they have been to his fathers for dinner and now it is his mothers turn tonight. DD is finding it difficult that bf really has two separate families as his parents divorced years ago.

Hope everyone has a lovely day and weather is OK for you all.

Just very thankful that it's not too cold. :)

Very well done wingo on your free lucky dip win. :T:T I
didn't even get one number! :p

Apparently there were so many peeps eager to buy tickets
at the last minute - the lottery site crashed again!

The American lottery has rolled over for yet another
week and now stands at approx $$ Billion Dollars!

Hope that everyone is having a nice weekend.

Could anyone help with an issue I've currently got with the mag dailies?

I use Adblock Plus to make the entry process for the mag dailies a bit quicker (when I get round to doing them!!) but at the moment the videos don't seem to load as it just comes up with the message 'Loading the video...'. and nothing else happens.

Can anyone suggest a solution? Do I need to stop using the adblocker? I'm using Internet Explorer 11 if that makes any difference.

hi, I've been using IE11 to do them (& still am)
    & I have adblocker disabled &
Shockwave flash object disabled when I do them,
you have to remember to restart the machine when
    you disable them both,
they go straight through to the green tick for me with no vids or probs,
then when you've finished doing them,
it only a takes a min to re enable adblocker & Shockwave,
    restart machine again.
