Goodness kiddywinks sound asleep thank goodness. They want scrambled egg on toast in the morning have it whisked up in the fridge so ready to go they add their own salt and pepper but GD wants cheese with hers so will have to sort that out in the morning. It is late good night everyone

Morning peeps up early have a cuppa and a few hours to myself before GK's emerge. Desperate to tell them dad will be home tomorrow but can't just in case. They will be so happy when he is here. Snow has stopped dropping but still got about 6 inches of it .

Morning, more rain here overnight. It was raining so hard it kept waking me up.Still going now but not so heavy.My son came in at 2 from work and although had a lift home was drenched just getting out car to front door. I could hear him muttering about weather..lol. I have a long shift today, so not around,but have a week off from tomorrow.Hope you all have a lucky day.

Stopped raining here. Couldn't believe the news last night with all the snow starting about 50 miles away. Knew rose had some but didn't realise there was some so close to us. Glad it wasn't last weekend when DD and us were heading off.


Thanks FF, think comping fairy must think the iPad mini is enough for me! I am happy with that but wish they would hurry up. I have been studying how the points works and it looks like I should be able to take a couple of nights hotel stays and claim nearly enough Amazon Vouchers to buy an Ipad mini as well, rather than claim the prize direct from them so should be brilliant prize. These points systems are strange and take a bit of working out. Never used the Wyndham Reward points before.
Love your Tigger pic - got my tiger onsie on as quite cold this morning.


Must be rotten finishing work at 2am and then getting soaked indie, no wonder your son was muttering!

Pleased you have points Sheils. DH joined up with them as we very occasionally go to one of their restaurants. They sent us vouchers to use in restaurant. Great if you can get a break with them as well.

Crikes - it's very mild down my way .... strange weather

It had been raining puddy cats 'n dogs



but now thankfully it's stopped and all is calm outside.
Except there is a big black sky looming in the distance!

Got nothing planned today so may just catch up with
comping and have a bit of a lazy day.

Has anyone bought a ticket for the big rollover lottery
tonight? I admit I did choose a cheeky lucky dip
ticket ....... so if I'm not around tomorrow ........!

Do not have to wait till tomorrow he's home so taking kids to Faslane shortly. We are picking him up at around 6pm . DIL is working today and does not finish till 6pm. GK's now know he is back and I am just about to scrape them off the ceiling lol. Probably wont be back on till late so take care everyone and have a good day.
