Good morning everyone!

It was a mixed bag of weather here yesterday with
a chilly start ... a sprinkle of rain ...



puffs of cloud, leading to bright blue skies and glorious
sunshine



then back to a sprinkle of rain, puffs of cloud etc etc.

I think it's looking to be quite similar today.

Hope you get your iPad sorted wingo. Great you got
the insurance cheque through sheils. Fingers 'n
paws crossed rose that you receive news soon re your
son.

Hi everyone, just popped in to let you know we are ok. Rubbishy internet yesterday DH was complaining all day but the weather was bad so that probably made it worse.

Glad you got your insurance money through Sheils, when is your door coming?

Back home again it is freezing outside here. Council is out gritting pavements and boy do they need it. Glad I was in car as they were white with frost and ice. Good you had a hassle free time with insurance company shiels. Usually they give you a bit of a hard time over claims questioning everything. Going to try and get some comping done before I pick up kids from school in afternoon. Have a lucky day peeps.

I am getting very annoyed. Internet is playing up. Taking me for ever to load anything and enter comps. Spoke to a neighbour who has the same internet company as me it's cable and she said it was taking her forever to connect and she can't get into her e/mail account as it wont load. Just wondering if the rain we had and now the very cold weather ie Frost and ice is causing the problem. Will leave internet on and see what happens in a short while.

Picked up kids from school they are now off getting changed out of uniforms. We are having chicken sandwiches for a snack and then when DIL finishes work we are having grans McDonalds. She wont be here till about 8pm. Son will be home on Sunday yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Wellcome back SON. Kids do not know yet just incase there is a blip it has happened before when they are sent back out to come back in if you know what I mean. It takes hours for a sub to submerge go back out turn around then come back in. Got the biggest grin on my face that he is back. I worry like hell because with a surface ship they have a chance with a sinking with a sub they are already sunk. Sorry for being so pesimistic but I know the dangers. I AM HAPPY

Fingers crossed for better internet connection Sylvia! I think a lot of things have been updating this week as lots of people having problems with Internet and servers.

Hope the weathers improved for you Alfie/fire**fly xx it's finally stopped raining here for a while. I went out to garage to put some clothes in the dryer and the garden was so muddy and soggy I almost slipped!

Sheils, that's great the insurance paid out quickly without any questions. Ours took a bit longer but paid us out to get the damages sorted.

It's suddenly got very dark and cold again! I wonder if snow is on its way!

Internet is still slow shiels. We have frost frost and more frost but rain is forecast so hopefully when it arrives it will melt ice. You are only about 1 1/2 hours from me but goodness when the weather takes it toll in winter it makes a difference. Never thought I would be glad of rain lol
