I thought that you lived a bit closer to the border than me as I'm 2 hours away.

It's easy to rack up the miles when you are travelling the UK. The furthest I've been is Cornwall & Kent. I'm thinking about going to Suffolk next year!

Question for everyone: Where's the furthest you've been in the UK? :)

    3for ....

I was up at John o' Groats a few years back ....

    220px-Signpost_at_John_O%27Groats_-_geograph.org.uk_-_64989.jpg

and then down t'other end of the country at Land's
    End ....

This country has so much to offer and many beautiful
    places to visit. :D

    Good Morning,

Feeling a bit chilly this morning but forecast good I think for the next few days.
Love being able to get up early and comp in the mornings when I get home from being away. The thing I do miss as I always waken early and hate lying still waiting on DH to waken.
Hope everyone has a nice day.

Thanks kitten. We had a great time in your area and except for a few downpours (mainly at night) we were exceptionally lucky with the weather. The gardens at Powis Castle (for some reason is spelt with i and not y ) were gorgeous and we stayed far longer than we meant to. It is expensive but as we are Nat Trust for Scotland members it was free for us. Worth a visit.
