Hi everyone, hope you are all OK. Its a lovely sunny day here today. Taking GK's for breakfast in town and then back to do some lego they have so busy day here again.
Thanks for the info firefly, some interesting readying and loving the black cat pics too.
Well done on your win Sheils, seem to have missed doing that one for the last few days must have a look again.
Seems like you have a busy day again today Alfie, not quite sure where you find all your energy from.
Hi Indie, leanfun, Rose and anyone else popping by.
Have a lovely day.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Morning peeps. started of with a cloudy morning now sun is shining but can see some more cloud in the distance. So goodness knows what it is going to be like here today. Housework all done so have rest of day to myself unless something turns up. We don't have cats about here but we do have a fox that makes a hell of a racket some nights. Have a lucky day peeps0

I've always considered a black cat walking across your path to be lucky too. I always remember my friend on holiday screaming though when one walked in front of her as she thought it was unlucky!
Well done on your win Sheils :j I've given up as I never seem to win anything anymore!
I hate the sound of the cats fighting too fire**fly. When my ex neighbour had the cats they used to fight outside my window which always woke the kids up! Now it's my new neighbours drunken antics that keep them awake!
I've been up since the crack of dawn and not slept much! I don't know why I can't sleep lately. No good for the bags under my eyes though!
Have a good day everyone and hope weather is niceBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Love your pic wingo!
'Fraid it's heavy rain here , started off kinda half
decent, then the sun shone, then it went downhill a couple of
hours ago!
Don't think the garden needed this much rain - if it carries on
I'll have to be building a Noah's Ark!:D:D

Thanks everyone - was nice to see a WEM again!
Had a lovely day but bucketing down now. You will need to stop the rain dances Alfie!
Will be a long time for your GKs to be without their dad rose. You will miss him too. I only get to see my DS1 once a year but at least he is just at the other end of a phone. We tend to use Whatsapp as sometimes we just want to tell each other a little thing. Time difference is a pain though.
It is a pain not being able to sleep wingo. I go through spells of that too but have been really tired lately which is good. Don't mind wakening early but hate not being able to get to sleep. DH always sleeps like a log (noisy log!)
Hope you enjoyed your breakfast out Sylvia.

sheils & all,

((hugs)) rose, it's a long time till you see DS again x
chucking it down here as wellplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
I am going to gloat (only kidding) Been warm and sunny here most of the day clouds came over now and again but no rain.. Will miss Ds but I am used to it now he has been in the navy since he left Uni he is 33 now. Kids are a bit older now and understand a bit better about their dads job. When he is not at sea he is up and down to plymouth and portsmouth a lot not for long sometimes a few days, a week or a couple of weeks. We can send him news from home Shiels but there is no return news unfortunately due to the nature of submarines it is very different from a surface ship you do not know where they are and they never surface.0

Had a lovely walk in the countryside after we were at recycling centre thanks FF. Try to do more than one thing when we go places. Should have taken picnic too but never thought.
Your DS just a year older than my DS1 then rose.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
