Good Morning,


Sun shining here, took until 3.15pm for the rain to stop and sun come out yesterday. Was a lovely evening though and finally got our walk after dinner.


I remember my granny getting up really early to do her garden when we had hot weather Alfie as she hated the heat!


Thinking of going to Threave gardens for a walk and picnic today (make use of NTS membership) Need to get some shopping too as fridge and cupboards quite bare.

Evening, i have had a busy day. Went to work this morning then did another shift this afternoon. It's been a lovely day and is still warm now. I hope you all had a good day.

Was fairly busy yesterday in the garden - got a
lot of stuff done that I have previously been putting
off - phew though, did get a tad warm by evening
time. :eek:

Good Morning,


Raining here again although supposed to be OK by afternoon.
Seems quite windy too. Couldn't understand why our bedroom door was rattling through the night but realised this morning I had left DS3s bedroom window open and his door was open too so draft must have been coming up the stairs. He has moved into house with his girlfriend now. Seems strange just DH, DD and me now instead of 6 of us!

Sun is out here now after a rainy start. Nice and breezy here too though fire**fly, so got a line of washing out again!

That's great your son has moved in with his GF Sheils I bet it's quiet in your house then! Sounds like his serious about her....you could well be a gran soon!

Alfie, I put solar lights away too in the garage a few yrs ago and they disappeared! Looks like someone helped themselves to them!

Jasper is definitely a naughty dog fire**fly, the solar garden ornaments didn't last very long.....he broke my big fairy one with a football! He is now grounded from playing football in the garden! It was my favourite one too but I didn't think it would break as it wasn't ceramic.

Hope next week is a lucky week for us all! I could do with a good surprise win
