I've had a lovely day. Mam & dad came for me and we went shopping for a bit of retail therapy! I bought some solar garden ornaments to brighten up the garden that were reduced. Dad has them in his garden and they look lovely on a night all lit up. Mind you dad has some lovely flowers in his garden though!I saw my brother too after his hospital app and all is fine. He just has to have a camera scan to check an artery next week but doing great! It's like he's got his life back
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
hiya wingo
great you've had a lovely day & well deserved :j:A
them solar lights in the garden are gorgeous aren't they :j
we have them & some Chinese lantern ones I won some
time ago, it's lovely to look out at night time &
see them glowing :j
good news your bro is doing fine & you are too x
thanks for the update :Aplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Yes, as Fire Fly says thanks for the update. Great for your brother. Well done you. Your parents must be so proud of you both.
Our neighbours have lights. I look out on them as I draw our curtains.0 -
It was nice to see the solar lights glowing in the dark
Jasper was scared of them though when he first looked out! I was annoyed with him though when I put them in the garden earlier and he started heading his football around and knocked every one of them over! It's a good job I didn't buy ceramic ones!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
 Good morning and hellooeee Inners!
Beautiful start to the day here weather wise.
Even though it was hot yesterday I managed to work
in the garden as there was quite a pleasant breeze.
According to the forecast though, next week is going to
be hot hot hot (heat wave) so I had best get out and
do a bit more gardening today as guessing that next
week will be a no no if it gets too warm!
Good to hear your wonderful news wingo. You and
your brother are coming on leaps and bounds health wise.
Well done to you both.
You have just reminded me (mentioning the solar
garden lights) that I have some in the back of the spidery
shed! Put them there years ago when doggie kept insisting that
they would look better pulled out and chewed up so I
ended up stashing them all away!
Must seek them out today cos they would look lovely in
the garden now.
Oh well - time for another coffee again! Have a lovely
day whatever you are doing.
