to village first thing, then spot of gardening then

Great pics this morning Alfie & FF. Cheered me up thank you.


I did most of my ironing last night Alfie!


Sun shining away here too. Hope it stays for us going away and DD has a festival at the end of the week too. She had blazing sunshine last time she went to one so would be a shock for her if it was wet at this one.


Parents got home safely so I am more relaxed now that my aunt has mum here. Will be going to see her as soon as we get back from break wingo and will phone after funeral. Ashamed to say we hadn't seen as much of her since uncle developed alzheimers especially since she went out her shopping early when he was still sleeping.
I am hoping she will have a better life now. Half the houses in her street just have elderly widows in them so they do tend to keep each other company.

Good mdorning all, lovely pice everyone, thanks. As Sheils says they always cheer me up.

You don't have to show a pic of food to make me hungy firefly - I'm always hungy Am trying to get some weight off though so do like things like rhubarb and apple with yogurt on so may treat myself to some rhubarb today.

I noticed the pic of the girls on fb Wingo, they look as if they were having a lovely time. Shame about DS's trip being cancelled and why he want to go there, he must have been realy upset. Hope all goes well for you all, big hugs will be thinking of you.

Hope you have a good trip Sheils, relax and enjoy. Glad you Mom got back OK.

There is no contest between ironing and gardening is there Alfie? Gardening has to be done when the weather is nice after all.

Morning all Hope this week is a lucky week for all
Not a good start to the morning so far The Dr has forgotten to do my sicknote so I have to try this afternoon but need to take it into work today! The kids wouldn't hurry up this morning and were playing up a bit so they ended up being late for school and my dad's first chemo session wasn't ready this morning so they're running late! Hope Postie can put a smile on my face!

I'm trying to get organised before Wednesday as hubby won't be! Best get back to my chores!
