We are home now, it was a good journey back. Need a rest now as was none stop at DD's but had a lovely time and saw most of the other family while we were down there.

Haven't done any comps while I have been away but DH has done some so probably won't win much in Jan. Didn't win anything from the Advents so might give them a miss next year.

Haven't really had a chance to catch up on here but seems you have had a good Christmas and New Year.

All my decs are put away for another yr too! Hate doing that job of taking them down. I could do with a better fibre optic tree. It's annoying putting lots of lights on and I always seem to end up with more boxes to put away every year!

Are you having take away tonight fire**fly? We are having one soon but can't decide what yet.

Back to normality for us too on Monday maypole I will be glad to get into a routine again, the kids have become lazy over the holidays!

had some salmon fillets in the freezer & took them out
for tonights dinner,
doing baby potatoes with spinach & watercress salad
with them about 8.00pm when SIL comes over :j

I've just had a Chinese T/A and ate it all up! I must have been hungry!
Gonna have a nice relaxing bath ....then a bit of chocolate later! No point in cutting down until all the chocs gone out the house!

I forgot to say earlier, before I logged out last night I got an email to say 'good news about my euro lottery ticket'. I quickly went yo log into lottery website but it was down for maintenance. I went to bed wondering what I had won then I ended up having a dream that I had won £4500 on it. I convinced myself this morning that's how much I had won but it turned out to be £9.50 :rotfl: Still...better than nothing I suppose!
