Evening all. I found a new Asian supermarket today and the prices were brilliant - especially for gluten free flours and herbs and spices.

Hope you enjoyed some gardening leapfun. I scrubbed the patio - my spot of gardening for the day.

Hope you got them all turfed out in the end wingobins.

There used to be a gluten free website where they often gave away freebies hdh but I can't remember the name of it. It must be a pain having to watch what you eat and drink. I don't know how my bro manages, he is on dialysis so has to watch his fluid intake as well as par boil potatoes, only allowed 2 sprouts, and there's lots of stuff he can't eat. Plus he recently had diverticulitis so has to watch for that too and also his DD is diabetic so has to be careful! I don't know how lucky I am sometimes when I'm fussy eating or stuffing my face with Choc!

Kids wouldn't budge today so I left them with their dad and went to mams.
Just checked euro fire**fly and Buddha must have brought me luck....I won £5 odd! Got 2 no's & bonus!

Good luck on national tomorrow for those who are betting (Where's nonamewoman when you need her for horse racing tips! )

Morning all :wave: I couldn't sleep so have been up since daft 0' clock!
No rain here yet but I think we are expecting it today. Just having a cuppa then going to put a hair dye on, I'm not keen on fifty shades of grey!

Was going to say enjoy the early morning quiet but as you are having problems with your not getting up it does not apply. Hope your Mum enjoyed your visit.

Sorry to hear about your brother. I agree it must be very hard having to think about what to eat all the time.
Hdh DD1 has friend coming on Monday who is on gluten free diet it must be great to find some good food.
Hope weekend weather is good for all especially Sheils wedding. Just thought big day for Any Murray too.

Thanks everyone.
Have just been ironing the boys' shirts, kilts and jackets that needed it. It was raining through the night but sunny now and supposed to miss showers. Unfortunately wedding is 10 miles away and it is supposed to get them! We shall see.
