Lovely pics today firefly, thanks. Not much better today. I had a horrid pain shoot up my arm and now can hardly move my arm. I have to keep having hot showers. Think its probably frozen shoulder again although when I had them they didnt come on suddenly like this has. Sorry moan over.

I have just been trying out a TENS machine on my neck as that has been bothering me lately as well as my ear so making symptoms confusing. Think it has helped a bit for the moment.

Thnkas firefly/Bishop. Hope your neck improves Sheils, havent tried a tens machine. Will go to docs next week to get some phsio and ask for a steriod injections as that helped last time. there is nothing worse that ear ache its so piercing you have my sympathy.

Unfortunately there is not much comping being done as its too painful.

Ear isn't really sore. being blocked by sinuses (or something ) and making noises which means I have bother getting to sleep. On antibiotics now. Being referred to ENT if that doesn't work but having neck pain too which is probably nothing to do with it but sore.
Hope you get sorted soon Sylvia - at least I can comp!

Evening.well done on the win ff. Your flowers are lovely sheils,i bet they smell nice. I finally had a win this month on supersavvyme daily instant.Just when i thought the comping fairy had forgotten me,lol.I did an early shift today and now have 3 days off .so i can finally get on with decorating my stairs and play catch up with the housework.Hope your all having a good weekend.
