Had to laugh at your DD - very clever! Have been entering the Roman dress comps on FB. Realised one day I was entering for the dress I had already bought for nephew's wedding but in different colour.

Raining here! Was nice this morning, I went out with no coat!!

No wins here, nothing since November. Mind you I don't do Facebook, twitter, rafflecopter ones so I suppose that reduces my odds.

Afternoon, well done if you have won this week.I have had a busy time at work and still 2 days to go before i get some time off.Weather dry here today with the sun out but a bit breezy, great weather for hanging the washing out.

Wingo I got a wireless printer for Christmas but I didn't have any major issues setting it up - I did set it up connected to the desktop first before adding the laptop etc.

Congratulations if you have had a win this week - I haven't won anything since December but I'm like Kitten in that I don't do F/B, Tw or R/C.

I've got 3 cardis the same colour & style & once SIL asked me when I was going to change my cardi as she thought i'd been wearing the same one for a week :eek::rotfl:

I used to post them up & then nanto started doing them for us as
it takes ages to look through the mag to find the little devil :eek:
but no one's posting them now to give the answer &

That's good you've found the squirrel fire**fly I find when I'm looking for something it tends to be in the spot I've looked at ten times over!
My mum is the same when it comes to clothes, she has lots in different colour same style then she will put an item in charity bag then buy same item again without realising!

Thanks everyone for your advice on wifi printer. As always I've jumped in at the deep end and not done my research! I just saw that there was £30 off it! I tried setting up on the new desktop that I got Sylvia but it won't work.

Had parents eve for DD1 and I may as well bang my head against a brick wall! I got the same thing as what I get every parents eve,....'she's very quiet and won't talk in class or put her hand up'....Every teacher was convinced though that she will catch up and speak out in class by the end of yr! Well good luck to that! I felt like a stuck record saying....'she's autistic and will probably never be able to speak out in class or catch up!'

It has stopped raining so might finally get out for a walk later. Still waiting to see when parcel will be delivered though.


You must be glad when Thursday is over FF! So many peeps seem to want things posted immediately even when there is loads of time to enter.


I hate Parents Evenings wingo although I haven't been to the last couple as DD says no point. She has picked her subjects and is trying her best to prepare for exams. Remember going once and her English teacher going on about how quiet she was and wouldn't speak etc. Every other teacher said the opposite - turns out teacher had confused her with another pupil. Really gave us confidence in her. We did ask her if she was sure as DD is not quiet!
