    That works only if the spam is bounced immediately after it's been received by your ISP. If there's a delay, it's obvious to the spammer that the bounce wasn't a legitimate failure.
    Plus, if the spam is coming from zombie PCs then the internet is clogged with useless spam flying to and fro. Best to just delete and forget it.

    When it's good it's good, but with it comes so many hidden things that it makes you wonder if it's all worthwhile. Search any message board related to this question and it's my bet you will find countless similar stories. No matter how many funnies you include, they're only worth including if the person receiving the email shares your sense of humor.

    Incredimail, is irritaing beyond belief, to recieve one is so annoying, I delete them without reading the content, just as annoying as ebay sellers who put Wizard cursers and Naff Midi Tunes on their auctions. Why does email need to be fun and jazzed up, I can understand 12 yr old girls liking it but adults, Whats wrong with Outlook/Gmail/Hotmail?

    Edit: Good luck getting shut

    I've been using it for years and never had a problem with them. I also never get popups. I find Incredimail lots of fun.

    Unlike the poor sods who receive it.

    Personally whenever I get such a thing, I delete it without bothering to read the content. Likewise those people on MSN who have those bloody smiley extras which seem to end up popping up in the middle of a word just because there'll be two 'o's together. I just stop talking to them because it makes something that should be easy to do, hard work.

    Likewise SMS text speak. If you want to send me a message, use real words. "I wnt ur hlp plz. C U l8tr" does my head in. Post a message or text me one in SMS speak and expect silence in return or to be told "I don't speak Chav."

    I particularly like the fact that you can 'bounce' spam messages back.

    Because this is such a clever thing to do isn't it as it usually confirms the address as live.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Is there any other email software that has a 'bounce' facility?

    Decent ones don't.

    What gets me is this. THey'll read the stories in The Daily Wail about spam slowing down the internet and agree with it, complaining how bad it is.

    ...then go to their PC and happily unecessarily compound the problem by needlessly sending bounce messages because for some reason beyond me, they think a computer running a mass mailer is going to be personally upset by getting one.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
