Boots Sale

Got 3 Large sets of Union J perfume sets today and 3 small sets. £2.50 for the large and £2 for the small.
They'll do for End of Year gifts for 2 students in daughter's class. Wasn't going to get them anything more than a wee box of chocs but for £2.50 can't complain. The others will do for Charity gifts next year and/or ballots for my own school.

Also got various packs of Christmas cards for 35 and 45p. Got 4 packs of the kids Children in Need pack of 30 cards. They'll do the kids' friends cards next year and also my own class next year. Other cards will do for posting to friends.

There were a few Bleach sets too in my store (Belfast Donegal Place) but never heard of them before and weren't anything special so left them. Wanted some Beyonce sets but they had none but happy enough with what I got :T

LOL LOL LOL would you believe that there are still people selling the boxes on eBay and one person has managed to sell 53 S&G at £49.99 plus £7.99 postage - wonders never cease!

My Local Boots in Herne Bay had Crabtree & Evelyn Large Boxes with Christmas stickers that were £50! They did get reduced to 50% off & I believe 70% offso took one to the till to get Pricechecked! SA Refused to check & said they were £50!!!! So I queried if they had gone back upto full price & she said YES! Anyone seen any of these reduced anywhere? If they didn't sell at 50% & 70% off there is no hope at full price! Very wierd!!!!

I checked this morning, SA did a price enquiry and it was £50.00, she also said they'd gone back up - (I think based on just the offer of the week price).

They'll get reduced eventually as nobody is gonna buy them at that price! I'm not overly fussed about this one personally; unless it is a 'real bargain'.

There were loads of these at Silverlink, near Newcastle when they restocked the 70% off - wish I had checked at the till ... I would have paid £25

They are extending the 90% off to some famous names perfume sets eg James Bond, Beckham etc from Monday.

There was still stuff in Nottingham yesterday - I was amazed! I managed to get some Scottie dog wrap for all year round presents and some Union J perfume sets and some Hello Kitty nail wraps with my points which I'll give to my friend who runs a big toiletries tombola and raffle for charity.
