Ditto. I'm still waiting for my email and I ordered at 3.56am. I can feel my order slipping away.
UPDATE: I lost 2 items......... which is an improvement on last year.0 -

Exactly the same has happened to me - it's so annoying - especially as I meant to press store collection -0 -
Me as well, I ordered at 4am it's really annoying that our orders get put behind all the others,I was half asleep as most were and i meant to press store delivery as well0

Placed a 4am order on Wednesday,put that through as home delivery as local store collection wasn't an option ?
Placed another order around 5am on Wednesday
Thursday I placed another order for instore collection
Today I received order No2 - should have been 3 parcels .. Only received 2, plus 1 item missing ! Contacted Boots and they said yes the other parcel is on it way but with a different courier. I asked where my first order was ... Apparently it delayed because of an item ( she wouldn't tell me what ?)
Order number 3 for store collection , picked up today . Everything there
I had confirmation tonight that my first original order will be delivered tomorrow . Excellent until I saw the amount of items cancelled !!!
I ordered 26 items , 11 have been cancelled & I saw most of these items in store but didn't buy them as I knew I'd get them in my order
How wrong was I ?? What a load of rubbish ... Not happy at all0 -

Received text to say my order will be delivered tomorrow. 3 items cancelled, slightly annoyed as I didn't bother going to store as thought I'd got everything I wanted. Never mind happy with the stuff that I have got.0

This is pretty much what happened to me, made 3 orders, 3rd one to store was delivered first, second order was delivered today in 3 parcels by 2 different couriers and my first order has only just been dispatched and has cancelled items! Both delivery to home orders had to be as it said store collection not available for some items.Emergency Fund Challenge #26 £250/£10000 -

i think boots online is a bit of a lottery, so if i see any stuff i think i'm getting from an online order, in the stores, i buy it anyway, then immediately return the online item if i get that too.0 -

I received my order today but two of the items were damaged - one being the French Connection set !!!! Have emailed customer services to see what they are willing to do for me !!
What normally happens does anyone know ?? x0
