Plusnet £147 cashback on 38Mb Unlimited Fibre and Homephone

Anyone tried this through Topcashback? I am trying to but it says I need to have entered valid bank details (BACS) in my Topcashback account before continuing. I cannot find out how to do this!

Log on to Top cashback, click on "Account" then click on "Payout"

Anyone confirm this deal I available for the 6 months for £3.75 18 month contract? (£14.99 after 6 months?)
  • My cashback just tracked at £57.75 for the 6 month £3.75 deal, so a lot less than the £140 I was expecting. Did yours track at the full amount?

i'm also trying to look at this deal but can't do more than see it's 147 cashback - when i click on it nothing happens other than 'enter bacs details' which makes me nervous about signing up for the deal rather than just tyring to work out what the actual deal is (and it ends today). any advice?

Please can someone tell me whether "homephone" requires you choose a call package such as "Anytime" or whether you can select "Line only" and that be acceptable?

This offer apparently expires today so I'm feeling a little stressed.

I signed up to the 38mb fibre & phone package on the 4th January when the topcashback website was saying that I would get £140 cashback.

However, I have just checked my topcashback account and it has only tracked at £55.
I have submitted a ticket through the topcashback website for the missing cashback, but I'm not holding out much hope because I have just checked the topcashback webiste and it now appears that they are no longer offering plusnet cashback to residential customers. I can only find plusnet cashback for business customers.

    It's not looking too good.
I'm now in two minds on whether or not to cancel my order
(I haven't given them my MAC code as BT hasn't sent it to me yet).
