New boiler - but which one?

And its true, if an installer on their approved list falls short of their targets, they just ditch them with an email and no discussion. Not nice really when all is said and done. Everybody gets quiet times.
I cannot put words in the mouth of my installer, but he was a significant user of WB products. The problem was WB were running courses for product update and training. WB were limiting how many could be accomodated, based purely on the cost to WB of providing such courses. But the selection was random - it was not based on units installed.
My installer tried to get his employees on the courses but it became so difficult and random that he gave up. Basically, the WB regional manager and his colleagues had no interest in fair play - they were simply concerned with the quick fix and minimum effort. Which sums up WB staff in a few words. Were this not a public forum I would describe many WB staff as arrogant, lazy, bounders.0
