I really doubt that reports were always chargeable, I've been with Orange for 6 years and upgraded quite a few times, never before has this happened.
The charging for delivery reports was introduced with the animal tariffs and on previous tariffs they are not charged.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
