Panel declined to hear appeal, no POPLA code

If you have followed the template POPLA appeals and amend to your own situation you should be fine (no pun intended) at POPLA.

Yeah, I followed the one that suited best and adjusted it to our situation (GPEOL, lack of signage, no contract etc.) no mitigating circumstances offered, just the basis of appeal.

Guys,

Thank you so, so much. I appealed to POPLA as I said and today CP Plus have not offered any evidence, just an email to myself and popla simply stating 'This Parkin Charge Notice has been cancelled on this occasion'. Happy days.

My wife will be thrilled when she wakes (another night shift...) as I said I would take this on for her and dreaded making an error, and with your guidance that hasn't happened. I will ask she shares this information and success with anyone she comes into contact with.
