    PS - make sure you no longer deal with several 'junior managers', have one specific named contact who will be responsible for all future business. Also, no matter how unprofessional they are, always be professional and turn up when agreed - it is what gives you the high ground and keeps you visible. Visible people are much harder to ignore!

    I would second that. Has to be done so as not to cause offense, but it can be done.
