OK I have had an Iphone 5s on contract for a while now with vodafone uk and it doesn't end for another 9-10 months. I get to keep the phone at the end of this contract
What I am considering doing is buying a factory unlocked Iphone 6 plus 64gb, using the SIM which Vodafone gave to me as part of my Iphone 5 contract until my contract ends, then just using a SIM ONLY deal on my Iphone 6 and selling my Iphone 5
Can I use my Iphone 5 vodafone contract SIM in my unlocked Iphone 6 plus or is the sim locked to the Iphone 5s?

Yes, you can.
And also just to point out.... The iPhone 5s is yours NOW, not just at the end of the contract. You are free to sell the handset now, if you wish.0 -
Yes you can, but if you want to sell your 5 then if you get Voda to unlock it now, then it *may* be more valuable when you sell it.
Don't get someone else to 'unlock it' as it may well lock again, whereas if done 'officially' they it will remain unlocked.0 -

The irony being that it's far more irksome seeing your pointless and unhelpful post clogging up the thread further.
At least she was trying to assist the OP. Next time PM someone if you have an issue with their posting etiquette.0
