When it works, which it does nearly all of the time, I've found BT very good both in my last house which had infinity and now out in the sticks which doesn't (yet). However if something does go wrong then having to deal with Kanpur or Chennai is not a pleasure and some of the time you can avoid this so having some numbers to hand is probably a good precaution.

    Hi,

I just changed over to BT from TalkTalk on Monday. I went for their BB, evening & weekend calls, TV.

Transfer went very well with no issues. BT Sports has been fine which I stream to my TV using a tablet and chromecast.

BB is coming in at about 16 which is slightly quicker than TT.

    Overall I quite impressed.

Have had BT Infinity for about a Month (including BT Youview) Can safely say I have NEVER been able to get BTSport. Even their on demand service (which relies on their internet) is dodgy to say the least, unless it is at peak times when it just does not work at all.

Looking forward to the end of this contract, I will never touch them again.

Had the HomeHub 3 ADSL, and 5Mbps on a good day.
    No complaints.

The problem seems to be their limited data plans.

The usage meter sometimes counts other traffic as yours.
They keep claiming the problem is fixed, and then complaints start appearing again.

Not always a bad thing, though. Last year around December, the website said the Usage Meter was not working, so they won't charge me if I went over the limit. So I got a Netflix one month Free Trial, and really went for it. I like to think I used 200GB at least.
