Ok - as it's Christmas and therefore the season of goodwill to all men, but not to all PPC's, I think all three of my cars will be going for some co-ordinated ticket collection, while I provably stay at home carefully nursing a bottle of Norfolk Nog (Other whisky-based cream liqueurs are available)
There are two reasons for this - Firstly, I have been told by two different LPC solicitors that my name has been whitelisted by PE and others, and I want to test this theory via the DVLA
Secondly, in every case, if I lose at Appeal/IAS (whichever) and later get an LBCCC, I can reset the clock by naming the drivers.
I already have the following in my Hit List:
Farnborough "Village Urban Resort"
Bournemouth Castlepoint
Waterlooville Centre
Ipswich Ransomes Europark
Hull Docks
Burton Hospital
South Tyneside Hospital
Any non-PE service areas [STRIKE]we[/STRIKE] my man happens to pass.
I'm also going up to Scotland during the Winterval break, to [STRIKE]visit family[/STRIKE] discuss the scottish situation with a solicitor of my acquaintance. and to find out how easy it would be to help Scottish defendants. I may borrow a neighbours car for that - my three will be busy.
Any genuine additional "hotspot" suggestions welcomed. This will also assist in ensuring we have enough background on various sites to successfully get PCN's cancelled, which will include Landowner information which will be acquired and filed.
A thought for the assembled legal brains - how will the PPC's cope with self-driving cars, as the contract is with the driver.
"Dear PPC - the driver of the vehicle at the time of the alleged incident was software written by Google Inc, of 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. Sue them if you dare" :rotfl:

The Not Concealed thread created by the troll who wanted to expose members declaring their interests in their signatures. This caused a lot of friction last night and was also pulled from MSE - due to certain posts ;-)
re your epic 3 car journey - route would be handy ;-)
I hear that Exeter motorway services (CPPlus) is fairly a hot spot
several sites in Birmingham - if your cars are passing through?
Regarding the self drive vehicles - I did discuss this with another legal minded brain who suggested that the cars would or could be programmed with any parking restrictions . The cars would therefore leave any site - with or without the passengers !0 -

Yes - given that I'm not trying to solicit for business, only to make people aware that I have a commercial interest in this specific type of issue, one wonders what MSE might be trying to hide.
I've started a thread to discuss that issue.ExeterBirmingham0 -
well, especially hospitals that cause problems for starters, like this one
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5049715 , as well as Burton and others , possibly the one in Liverpool where a local solicitors deals with appeals and not in the BPA or the IPC ?
Luton Airport and Bm airport (apcoa)
Robin Hood Airport, Humberside Airport and JLA Liverpool Airport (VCS) + Liverpool Dock area near the airport ? VCS ?
the infamous Peel Centre in stockport (Excel) and B&M across the road (JAS)
just a few suggestions , lol0 -

Why not try the Gatefield Street car park in Crewe on your way up (or down) the M6? Acquiring a DE ticket will help expand the knowledge base.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
If you are venturing into Scotland, Gellatly Street Car Park in Dundee seems a favourite.0

The trouble with a lot of sites is you have to hang around for ages to get a fake fine (and even then you might not get one). It's such a colossal bore!Je suis Charlie.0

Easiest way at Burton is to park in the disabled car park and wait. It would make it easier for them if you were seen to be walking away from your car when the parking patrol walks by. They patrol that area more often than any other. There are insufficient signs and the bays are not wide enough for the disabled so it doesn't appear to be an exclusively disabled car park so it's quite an easy appeal.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
