As you can access BBC "Listen Again" via this radio, recording is hardly necessary.0

This is now £40 both on Curry's web and instore (Curry's Stockport) so now an even better bargain. Considering buying one now!0

Was just about to buy another one at Currys in lunch break £79.99 What happened? Oh I know Christmas!0

Not from Currys, but ALDI have an internet radio and media player coming on offer on Sunday 25th November priced at £49.99. Think the same item was £64.99 last year.
http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/2867_4120.htm
Features stereo sound, 10 presets and a two-line LCD display.
Also allows you to tune to a FM radio station if you are away from home (and therefore your wireless internet access).
As with a lot of ALDI product it comes with a 3 year warranty.

They are old stock and are already in store but not on display so you after ask at check out for one.
I have taken 2 out of 2 back due to faults on the audio,
Great little radio if you get a working one.0 -
Think I'll wait until Currys gets back to being 'Out of the Christmas Spirit' and buy at the 'actual' price of £39.99. Thanks GromitFan. I had already set up a reminder to go to Aldi this morning. Thanks Whyme. Another reason 'not to go out in the cold'. Can do without any hassel to go 'out of my area', just to return an item if faulty. I'm already attached to the one l've got so I'll stick with the style and wait for the price to be de-inflated!!0

I think the Curry's offer was because they were aware the quality of the current batch at the time was a bit dodgy. I saw the Logic in Curry's a couple of days ago, it looks like a nice solid table top set. However for someone who would just like to 'dabble' the Tevion looks the ticket - wonder if they fixed the 'loses tone control settings every time you turn it off' fault.
Something that occurred to me - if you start connecting lots of wifi devices at home, does it affect broadband performance at the PC?0
