But you are legally allowed to try on an item that you've ordered online, and return it if you're not happy, so I don't understand why you're so shocked by it.0

Acknowledged "you are legally allowed" but no-one knows if
an item of clothing has been worn and I do mean worn/used
then returned? anyway each to their own! its an individual
choice that I choose to make!0 -
jaima, you are aware that almost all high street shops allow change of mind returns? Some of them may have been worn on nights out too!0

So how do you make that choice? Almost every high street shop allows returns in 28 days, those items are not marked as used.If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -
To be honest, most of the time I order from the sale, it has come directly from the warehouse - this is obvious because it is all wrapped in tissue, clipped etc. I doubt that they would do this for returns?
Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.0 -
So the returned clothes have been worn/tried on by someone (returns) as they do not fit or whatever reason?
Not hygienic at all and should not resold also I would think that
in law those items should be declared as used or as secondhand clothes
Anything you buy in any shop anywhere has been handled by someone who may not wash often, produced in a factory where people may not be hygienic, tried on by anyone who felt like it or even just dropped on a floor where someone with dirty shoes has walked. Wash stuff before you wear it and if it arrives looking like someone smelly has worn it then send it back. By law you can try something at home and return it without it being classed as used. Returns are sent back to the warehouse and repackaged if needed. Then put back on the shelf with the rest of the stock, just like if you returned a jumper to Tesco, they would retag it and put it on a hanger back on the shop floorIf you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -
Very disappointing sale. Think all next staff are offered slots before us, hence why there is nothing left for the proper customers

I'm not staff and got decent bargains in the sale. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
