I've just noticed this on mine too charged delivery for some wrapping paper and a candle!

same happened here - phoned them up and said they would refund, checked my account and there is a credit, not sure why it happened though

    just wonder how?
  • I logged on about 5.10pm and got nearly everything - a couple of things were out of stock but I got the Nike trainers I wanted reduced from £90 something to £25.

I too have been charged postage for a metal sign and wall sticker - although I also ordered a large garden ornament and I didn't fancy picking that up from store so I guess I can't complain
  • My slot was 9pm and I bought just 3 items out of the 24 I wanted very disappointed. Maybe they should have a limit on the quantity's people buy so people with later slots are able to buy something! Alot of people buy 10 or more of the same item just to resell on ebay, next should stop people buying silly amounts to keep all their customers happy
  • Are people really complaining about lack of stock in a Sale?
That's the whole point of Sales - to get rid of stock on a first come first served basis.
And haven't people figured out by now that Next are always very clever to create a frenzy around these sales by giving people time slots?

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
In my experience they release more stock later on so do book another slot for in a few days because stuff does come back in stock. Also people return alot of stuff if theres something you really want.

I wanted kids leggings and there were about 30 in stock before the sale and about 6 by the time of my slot. Still happy I got a few pairs and very very happy the jeans I love were over half price.

My VIP slot: Tuesday 6am :wall: I had 15 items marked to purchase and yes you
guessed it not a single item left that I wanted, this to me is a con
to get people to impulse buy, there is only the cr*p left that Next cannot sell,
I phoned Next 10 mins after my allocated slot at 6.10am and told them not to
send me so-called "VIP slots" ever again,
8 years and a £5k limit yet people who spend as little as £20
in a year are allocated slots a day earlier than myself, it`s a
total farce and I hope Next reps read this.

So the returned clothes have been worn/tried on by someone (returns) as they do not fit or whatever reason?
Not hygienic at all and should not resold also I would think that
in law those items should be declared as used or as secondhand clothes

    What are you on about?
By that logic, there shouldn't be changing rooms in real shops!

It`s not a "real shop" its an online catologue
someone could have worn an item of clothing for a night out
and then returned it, it does happen in-case you dont know!
it`s "unhygienic" to say the least in anyones book or maybe it`s just
my logical way of thinking according to you?
