I think they need to implement posting say 5 messages before you can PM, most idiots reveal themselves quicker than that

Because the name starts with a capital letter. I & others have been asking when this will be resolved for months, & it's in hand - there's at least one thread about it on the Site Feedback board, & it's also in the recently updated Fixes list here. Apparently, it's not as simple as changing everyone's names to start with lower-case letters, as some members have the same names with the only difference being the first letter being a capital one. So, until this is sorted out, we'll have this nonsense to deal with.

I dont think it would be fair to stop New members from sending PM's for 2 weeks as these people who are sending these are clearly not new members they are just here to spam. They cannot be considered memeber as they havent made any posts and are only here to gain for themselves. New members dont deserve to have their PM use taken away for the first 2 weeks as they may need it and it isnt their fault that some idiot/s are spamming.
