Someone is spamming and trying to be annoying. The last one about insurance was from an idiot called anti martin and the best thing to do is delete them and ignore it.
The only other thing to do is add everyone you receive pms to, to your Buddy list and then select the option Only receive PMs from people on my Buddy list...Hope that helps Misty
