Little over 3 years. I've now lost count how many staff we have had. We usually have a guess on whose going next as it's pretty much every 3 months someone leaves, and it's a really small team too

I tell people I have been in my current job for 10 and a half years, but really I have worked for the same guy for 10 and a half years. my boss is a serial entrepreneur, and has a number of companies on the go at any one time and im his "go to" girl for sorting out problems, getting stuff done as well as doing the accounts for everything.

not bad for a job that started off as a temporary 2 week holiday cover job!!! Temp admin assistant up to finance director, I love my job

I've worked at the same place for 7 years and 7 months now though in 3 different stores. Dont get anything for 5 years and don't even think we get anything for 10 years either.

I'm counting down to my 5 years long service I get a balloon, a card & £50 in vouchers :T

I've been working for the same company for just over 8 years. I have only just been promoted!!!

Its an international consultancy working on multi-million pound projects. For my 5 years I got a £50.00 voucher that I had to use on a specific website, which was massively overpriced! No balloon or card!!!

To be fair, we were due a 'works night out' to celebrate, 3 years on it is now an in-joke that it never happened. 10 years service will be £100 voucher, whoop!

I have been with my company for 3 years, first 2 yrs in one role and the last yr I have been in a more senior role.

I work from home a lot, which is nice so I do have quite an easy number although my senior role is a bit more stressful as I deal with other staff a lot who just aren't doing their job properly. But the extra money makes it worth it.

Only downside is I can't really progress any higher in my company as those jobs are at head office, which is 200 miles away.

18 months as full time and 2 months as agency. Not bad for a temp job. Although I doubt we will all be there this time next year though.
Bedroom Tax / Spare room subsidy / Housing Benefit Reduction - It's the same thing, get over it.
