How long have you been in your current/most recent job?

9 months. Was at my previous role (my first job) for just over 3 and a half years. Same industry but different companies.

After 5 years you get £250 vouchers at my place. After ten years it's £1000!

At my old work you didn't get anything before 10 years. Even then you just get a badge.

Been a civil servant, in the same department, for 26 years and 1 month.

Been in my current role for 8 months.

Coming up to 11 years. Nearly quit a few months ago as my wife leaving me had me reevaluating my life, but I had a change of heart, especially when it became clear another promotion could be on the books in the not-so-distant future.

Only get goodies for 30 years of service, but then they go all out. Small reception, snazzy expensive watch, an extra month's salary tax free and 500 pounds in meal vouchers to eat out with family and friends. Before that we only get an honorable mention in the staff magazine every 5 years.
