Scottish Power Other charges on this months bill
This is my first post, so hi to you all.
And as usual need some help. Latest bill come and there is a couple of charges I wasn't expecting first is a Goverment Electricity Rebate of £12 and a charge of £170.43 for Refund of Budget billing payment.
Anybody know what this charge is for.

£12 is a government rebate on electric got one this year and last year .Rebate = credit to your account not a charge to your account .0

I get that the £12 was a rebate as it was knocked off the £170 charge leaving me with a charge of £1580
