Hi,
Can someone please help me, I've been sent a fine through the post by UK Parking Control LTD, who have fined me £100 for parking in a McDonald's car park for longer than the allowed time. They've now given me a final 14 days to pay otherwise have threatened legal action as well as highlighting in red bold writing that my credit rating may be affected if they have to take this matter to their solicitors.
Do they have any legal right over this and do I need to pay?
