    Didn't get an EE SIM card, just enquires in the shop.

    Eventually paid £0.99 for a Vodafone sim though also got a free one from 3. Also learnt that the GSM gadget sends a confirmation text back so it's numpty x numpty time. Anyway, OH set it up all up and we put credit on.

    End result is that one master and two slaves units are now set up and working with a functional SIM card doing the stuff it's meant to.

    Good stuff; just remember to check it's still active from time to time. I tend to just make a two-second call every once in a while.
