talktalk avoid at all cost

Been with talktalk for 8 years I decided to go for there tv package all set up and running within 3 days all well and good, when it came to my December dd they did not take my dd, phone then up and told them to take my dd out as I will lose my interest on my account,could I get them to understand? not a chance, told them I will cancel my account as I am within my 14 days they said I could not as I have gone live, what a way to treat somebody who have been with them for years,as soon as I get the chance to leave I will.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Seriously? You're ranting that they failed to take the DD? It was a simple oversight - or maybe a problem with the DD. pay using your debit card on this occasion.0
