Would like to share that OVO are indeed a complete shower! Joined with a fixed rate last April. Have had no end of hassle since October them trying to double my DD on an account over two months in credit, Pinot taking a standard DD due to an Error at their end, finslly as I attempt to leave they email telling me I will be charged an exit fee. I replied that as the switch would hPpen with less than 49 days of my contract to run they couldn't. They may be English, but not one customer service assistant I have dealt with has had a clue!! In my experience customers are often equally clueless which may explain the satisfaction rate!!
