similar to what happened with us. I contacted Aldi via facebook who looked into the "fine", they spoke with the store and confirmed we are regular customers and sorted the issue. I had a letter from the parking people a few days later confirming all clear.0

Have gone back to Tesco's, by the time you've collected your clubcard points, cheap fuel, relaxing experience in store without the worry of "Parking Eye" and blocked fire exit's..... I'm converted back :-)Illegitimi non carborundum:)0

I had a letter from Parking Eye yesterday confirming the charge has been cancelled.
Thanks to everyone for their advice - much appreciated.0 -
And DON'T shop at Aldi in future.Je suis Charlie.0

Aldi don't deserve customers the way they are treating them.
They employ the parking firm, making people shop to a timer and letting this lot threaten them if they dont make the timer.
Anyone who goes back after a dose of that deserves everything they get.
Avoid Aldi like the plague until they sort these bandits out.
Not very cheap shopping is it if you can not beat the trolley dash.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Another way to demonstrate your disgust with ALDI would be to spend 1 hour 55 minutes filling as many trolleys as possible with frozen goods only to reach the checkout and have to leave them there for ALDI to deal with as you have to leave to avoid contravening their parking rules. I'm sure the manager would understand.0

Great minds think alike! It would be 1 hour 25 mins though and abandon trolley at checkout.0
