Plusnet retention

Hi,

My contract is up in the next week and I was wondering what Plusnet are like for retentions?

Currently I'm paying £1.99pm and I don't know what their standard rate is after 12 months

Will they price match EE?

Update for those that are in the same boat.

Initially I was offered £4.50 over 18 or 24 months but when I said EE were doing a deal at £2.50, he offered to match it over 12 months.

I then asked about renewing my line rental and was told £155.88. Again I said EE have it cheaper at £132 and he said he can't lower the line rental fee but he can put the discount on the broadband. End result, I'm paying 51p!

He said that he'd done a couple of these deals already this morning so he knew the figures off the top of his head ��

I asked for the 6 months free fibre optic,they initially refused,stating for new customers only.
I asked for MAC key and was offered it! So if you want a good deal be prepared to leave. You must have another deal you can quote
