Vodafone voicemail not working after number port

I ported my number to Vodafone last Monday - it transferred over so I could receive and make calls and text messages but data and voicemail didn't work.

Data eventually started working 4 days later but voicemail is still not working. I've been scouring the Vodafone forums and this is apparently a known fault and it needs resetting at Vodafone's end. However, trying to get ANYONE at Vodafone to deal with this and rectify it is impossible.

Anyone got any ideas of how to resolve this/who to contact etc as this is driving me round the bend?

My wife's ported number voicemail doesn't work and nor does mine.


All you get is " Sorry the system is currently unavailable " I've called twice now and am no further forward.


I rue the day I thought it a good move to join Vodafone.
