How can I find out the end of my contracts with T-Mobile?

Simply, I need to find out when the end of my t-mobile contracts are up, however, I assumed that I could walk into an EE store, ask them simply when it was over and show them my card.

Chap in the shop has said that's not the case and I need the numbers of the accounts, but as it goes, I happen to not know them. Happily go into more detail if asked, but I'm wondering if there's a way I can find out this information without any of the phone numbers via customer service (I know, it's a dismal service, but is it possible)?

Just take a bill in with you as that will have account number and the moile number.

Have you tried logging into the t mobile/ ee account page ?

Or

Tried the app as I found the contract end date was in there.

Or

Call them up.

So, I basically have none of that stuff to hand as it were. I can't get onto the online side of things as it's just useless for me and I haven't any paper bills to hand and i can\t remember the numbers basically. I'll try calling them shortly but wondering if I give my own details they can track me down

Thye'll be able to find you by the number you're calling from it's your T-Mobile contract.

If you call another number (e.g. your land line) you'll be able to check your own phone number even if they can't for some reason.
