Phone fault reoccurred for 3rd time - compensation?

Hi there,

Has anyone ever got some sort of money off an upgrade or compensation for their phone which has a forever reccurring fault?

This will be the third time with this phone so just going to make the switch back to iPhone. Be £150 (with 25% off refresh discount) to pay the rest off on o2 refresh - but I am being forced to do it so I have a phone for Christmas and can't deal with these faults anymore

Where do I stand?

    Formally the supplier has to repair or replace the phone, and the number of attempts isn't limited.
    I think you can be lucky with 'compensation' only if they see it more worthwhile than a replacement or yet another repair.
