got a new iphone 6 and very impressed, but when making a call the earpiece is so so quiet, you can hardly hear the person your talking too, even indoors. Outside, cant hear anything. Its turned up to 'max' with the buttons on side, and rings loud if someone calls me, but you cant hear their voice when you answer??
Anyone know how to fix it?

I am pretty sure you can (and should) control the ringtone volume and the voice volume independently.britishboy wrote: »... Its turned up to 'max' with the buttons on side, and rings loud if someone calls me, but you cant hear their voice when you answer?
Loud ringtone doesn't mean that the voice volume is at maximum.0 -
I had this problem when I got it, I took it into the local Apple shop they had a go with it and said it was a fault and replaced it there and then, could be the same problem?0

The side buttons control 2 seperate volumes, when not in a call it turns up or down the ringer volume. When on a call it turns earpiece volume up or down.
Make a call and then turn the volume up and see if it makes a difference.
If it's still very low then a visit to a Genius Bar is the easiest way to sort it.====0
