What to do if someone lies about combined shipping in item description?

    I found the reason why it wasn't combining for me. Go to account then site preferences then three sections down under postage and packing preferences edit offer combined postage to state 'yes'. Worked for me and now i can send revised combined invoices.

    Was nothing to do with instant payment required as i has this turned off.
