Today I had quite a shocking one with Vodafone on the 191 helpline which I hope doesn't speak for the majority of the staff working there.

  • hi can you help me to... have had problems for a year and have been put through the mill so many times and ready to cut my throat. people are phoning my mobile only to get the message this phone is switched off (it is not) go through to 191 and get the same process over and over again change this reset that etc .
    one gent said ##002# was guaranteed to work...of course the next day the same thing this mobile is switched off. want to cancel contract they want £420 to do this. ! 1 i am disabled and rely heavily on my mobile 2 i am a pensioner. 3 i have to get people to take my phone to the shop 3x. 4 had sim card changed 2x. 5 tried in another phone and the same thing
