    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

    Well i only paid £107.92 off the mortgage this month as credit card paid off but hoping for a good August.

    Cheeky extra payment on last day of July for #76.

    An extra £86 to take the month total to £551.44. I've updated my overall total in my signature as well.

    #50 here with early notification of August's OP as I am likely to forget it in the next few days as I will be away

    £500 for August for me please.

    Think I might have to stop my OPs for the rest of this year as I need to save some money to have some work done on the house, but I am now so close to becoming MF (next year) that it doesn't bother me too much.
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!
